• Campaign data, draft posts, scheduled publications and related content.
• Publication identifiers, publishing status and associated metadata.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data associated with PanelAI Social Media, follow these steps.

• The name or username of the account connected to PanelAI.
• The relevant platform: Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
• Whether you wish to delete data associated with a specific connected account or all your personal data associated with PanelAI Social Media.

4. What Happens After We Receive Your Request?

After receiving your request, HANDELSHAGE AS will:

1. Verify that the request concerns your data and that you are authorized to make it.
2. Identify the information covered by your request.
3. Delete personal data for which there is no longer a lawful basis for processing.
4. Disconnect the relevant social media integration, where requested, and delete stored authentication credentials that are no longer required.
5. Inform you of the outcome of your request.

If an extension is necessary or certain information cannot be deleted, we will inform you of the reasons and explain your applicable rights.

5. How to Revoke Access to Your Facebook or Instagram Account

You may also revoke the permissions granted to PanelAI Social Media through your Facebook account settings or the relevant Meta account integration settings.

Locate the section for apps, websites or connected integrations, find PanelAI Social Media and remove its access.

Please note that revoking access does not necessarily delete information previously stored by PanelAI Social Media.

To request deletion of stored data, follow the procedure described in Section 3.

6. Does Data Deletion Also Remove Published Posts?

Deleting data from PanelAI Social Media does not automatically remove posts previously published on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.

Published content may remain on the servers of the respective social media platforms and is subject to their policies.

To delete a published post from your profile or Page, use the content management features provided by the relevant platform.
